I'm Nick Pappas — a Licensed Massage Therapist and Wellness Operator based in New York. I've spent the last six years as Director of Practitioners at Bathhouse, one of NYC's premier contrast therapy and wellness destinations.
In that time I inherited a team of 15 and scaled it to 100+ active therapists and spa technicians across multiple locations. I opened locations from scratch, built the hiring systems, wrote the training protocols, and managed the full HR lifecycle for every practitioner on staff.
Through MindBody Restorations, my corporate wellness practice, I've designed and delivered on-site programming for clients in fintech, finance, and tech across NYC — including corporate chair massage, employee appreciation events, health & wellness fairs, holiday parties, conference offsites, and recurring office wellness days.
